David was hired by Pearl & Coutts and The Structadene Group in 2001 and over time became responsible for asset management and commercial lettings of the entire £1 billion London portfolio. David completed more than 4,000 lettings of retail, office and industrial units over his 15-year stay.
His expertise included drafting his own leases as well as negotiating the deal directly with the tenant from enquiry to completion.
In addition, David completed several hundred Rent Reviews within the portfolio, with the focus being on adding value and was involved in the strategic reconfiguration of the Central London portfolio.
Josh graduated from The University Of Westminster in 2005 and worked for 4 years as an Investment & Development Surveyor at Anderson Wilde & Harris and at Oakmayne Properties. Josh acquired £150m of London Property in his term before qualifying and then leaving to head-up Curzon Management Chartered Surveyors. Curzon initially provided Development & Investment Advice and Josh expanded the business to provide a large array of Building Surveying & Project Management Services too.
In 2017, Josh joined up with David Guttentag to bolster Grosvenor Dean as a Co-Director bringing to the table, his lateral and in depth knowledge and experience of Development & Investment, Asset Management, Construction and Maintenance.
